We are seeking an Application Support Analyst to join one of Australia's largest Insurance broking and risk management companies within Melbourne CBD.

***

**This permanent and full time position has responsibility for**:

- Providing level 2 service support in accordance with established ITIL practices.
- To investigate and remediate incidents involving bespoke broking software such as ibias and evolution.
- Undertake root cause analysis and replication steps for key vendors
- Develop and maintain systems and program documentation
- Liaise with other IT teams and the wider business to resolve problems

**About You**:

- Ideally 2 years experience in insurance or financial services
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science/IT
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Troubleshooting, problem solving and digital literacy skills
- Ideally insurance tier 1 or tier 2 Compliance certification highly regarded
