Melbourne, Australia Country Road Group Full time

Use your technical knowledge and skills in PL/SQL and UNIX to diagnose and resolve issues for David Jones and the Country Road Group.

With a hybrid mix of time at home as well as in the office, this role will suit an ambitious technology professional who has strong attention to detail, a thorough understanding of PL/SQL, and can work in a fast-paced Retail environment.

What does the role involve?
- Liaise between the Business and IT technical teams
- Manage, track, and communicate the status of EDI Issues on a daily basis
- Provide systems analysis guidance and consultation on all EDI Issues
- Provides ongoing Vendor support for technical system questions and problems

Who are we looking for?
- Similar experience in an EDI Application Support role ideally in retail
- Experience in development and support of Oracle (database, SQL and PL/SQL) and DB2 database or scripting
- Effective time management and personal organization skills
- Tertiary qualified in business systems or computer science
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical resources across other business functions
