PERSOLKELLY is again partnering with a leading mid-tier firm in the Melbourne CBD. Focussing on quality relationships and professional service, they aim to work collaboratively with their clients on a personal level. The business advisory team works closely with individuals, businesses and trusts to assist with reporting and strategy across a range of industries. As a Manager, you will be working with the Partners of the firm to deliver business services to major clients.

PERSOLKELLY is again partnering with a leading mid-tier firm in the Melbourne CBD. Focussing on quality relationships and professional service, they aim to work collaboratively with their clients on a personal level. The business advisory team works closely with individuals, businesses and trusts to assist with reporting and strategy across a range of industries. As a Manager, you will be working with the Partners of the firm to deliver business services to major clients.

**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of clients
- Identify areas of improvement and arrange training for junior staff members
- Delegate and oversee work of staff to ensure all deadlines are met
- Development and delivery of reports to Partners as required
- Review tax returns prepared by staff
- Financial modelling and analysis as required
- Maintain personal development and knowledge of taxation laws

**Core Experience**
- CPA or CA qualification
- At least 6 years' experience within a firm environment
- Strong ability with stakeholder and team management
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong technical skills
