With over 40 years of experience in the Victorian market, we have an exceptional leadership opportunity for a manager to join a high performing Business Advisory team.

Working within a talented and supportive leadership structure, this role is an opportunity for you to take ownership of the team’s workflow and development as well as further developing your own leadership skills. Working closely with Directors and senior team members you will be supported to deliver work across a complex and diverse client base and build your client portfolio.

**In this service driven role, the Manager is responsible for**:

- Supporting the team to deliver an exceptional client service with a focus on quality and an in-depth understanding of client needs
- Working directly with clients to provide consulting advice and reporting
- Scoping and managing budgets to optimise productivity for your team

**Our ideal new team member has**:

- Tertiary qualification and post graduate certification
- Significant experience in tax and accounting with strong leadership skills in a professional services environment
- Dynamic and flexible approach
- Warm and inclusive leadership style that brings the best out of your people

The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $114,000 base salary.
