**Practice Focus -**
Exceptional mid-tier with a reputation for proactive solutions and advice. Due to their offering of high-level client contact for staff, you have autonomy. Clients are a mix of SME’s, larger Corporates and HNW Groups with turnovers up to $200M.

**Advisory Geared -**
Further increase your skillset with a real focus on advisory work. More specifically in aspects such as; modelling, business improvement, growth consulting, structuring, succession and strategic tax planning. As more compliance is gradually sent offshore, this focus is set to increase.

**Career Development -**
Training initiatives include regular external and on the job sessions. Mentoring from Senior Managers and Partners will see growing both technical accounting and unique business development skill sets will see you building your own portfolio of key clients.
