- Our client is working through a period of innovation and this role is critical to the future growth of the business.**The role**
Work closely with the Training Manager and alongside another Training Officer. Together you will develop training content for delivery to an ANZ workforce of 280, using the latest online learning and CRM software.**The responsibilities**
Specifically your responsibilities will include:
- working closely with your manager to analyse training needs.
- development and implementation of online and face to face training programs to enhance technical and soft skills.
- creation of training material and presentations.
- coordination of training events, working closely with managers and delegates.- have commenced or completed Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
- have recent experience working in a training role.
- have worked with a CRM system, such as Salesforce or similar.
- demonstrate exceptional, clear and confident** **communication skills.
- pride yourself on your relationship building skills at all levels.
