**The role and what we are looking for**

**We are looking for a proactive and customer service focused individual to join our established claims team in City West. Previous claims experience is highly desirable.**

**Some of the key responsibilities of this role include**:

- **Receiving claim notifications and service enquiries;**:

- **Managing a portfolio of assigned claims end to end;**:

- **Taking recovery action on appropriate claim files;**:

- **Determining liability and communicating outcome; and**:

- **Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external customers.**
