**The Role**:
The **Change Manager **will be driving change management initiatives related to the implementation of key Vinnies’ projects (HRIS/Members and Volunteers Portal) across the organisation. The Change Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and execute effective change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new technology.

**The Change Manager will**:

- Develop and implement change management plans to facilitate a smooth transition to the new systems.
- Create and complete a communication plan to ensure stakeholders are informed and motivated to adopt to the new technology and processes.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with learning to develop training plans for different user groups to ensure they are proficient in using the new technology.
- Work with the project teams to update impacted workplace policies and procedures to align with the new technology.
- Identify and address any resistance to change through active engagement and communication with stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and adjust plans as needed.
- Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on the progress of the change management plan.

**To be successful, you will need**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in change management and project management, particularly in HRIS implementation projects
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Preferably knowledge of HR policies and procedures and experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures.
- Prosci or other change management certification is preferred.
