FBM is a fast-growing service provider to the hospitality industry; we manage multiple sites across NSW and VIC, providing colleagues to hotels predominantly, who are engaged in a mostly Housekeeping capacity.

**Who we are looking for**

We are seeking a motivated and “keen to make their mark” Housekeeping professional for this pivotal full-time role. The role is based in Melbourne and has great future growth opportunities.

Reporting to our National Operations Manager, we are looking for a leader who will be key in:

- Assisting our HR team with the on-site recruitment and onboarding processes
- Managing initial introductions to site, ensuring all relevant induction documentation is completed and that colleagues are trained in site policies and procedures
- Conducting probation reviews and performance appraisals with the team
- Managing all aspects of the hotel room and corridor cleanliness
- Ensuring sufficient stock of amenities is available to the team
- Controlling the budget for site and adherence to forecasted productivity
- Processing of payroll timesheets for the team
- Preparing of consistent reporting to head office

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in a housekeeping leadership role
- High level of work ethic and integrity
- Strong attention to detail and ability to guide others in this respect
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced hospitality role
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to take initiative and work collaboratively with the rest of the hotel departments
- Passionate about Housekeeping and building strong engaged teams
- Proactive approach with an eye for continuous improvement
- Reliable, with an ability to find practical solutions to any problems that come up
- A professional, positive and ‘can do’ attitude
