- Brand new hotel developed in partnership with luxury developer Gurner
- 95 high-quality micro apartments
- Reception with small F&B offering
- Boardroom, pool & gym facilities
- Ideally located on Johnson St, Collingwood

**Your day to day**:

- Reporting to the Hotel Manager
- Working closely with our Hotel Managers
- Champion the full onboarding and ongoing training of our Housekeepers
- Conduct audits on hotel back of house areas, including chemical stock, MSD sheets, training of chemical use, equipment stock.
- Report Hazards, near misses and accidents at the workplace immediately to the Hotel Manager and complete Incident Reports according to procedures and requirements.
- Monitor and report labour costs and productivity output according to business demands.
- Monitoring cleanliness standards of rooms and common areas by conducting daily inspections

You’ll need to be experienced in Housekeeping and have excellent team management skills, flexibility, and drive.
