At DiJones we understand that our brand is our people and we have an exciting opportunity for a customer focused Regional Sales Support Coordinator to support our award winning team in our Lindfield.

About the role:

- Liaising and managing relationships with external and internal stakeholders during the property transaction
- Process & manage the administrative aspect of property sales files from listing through to settlement.
- Processing of in-house documentation, build/prepare advertising material/collateral for property campaigns
- Ensure compliance of our brand both internally and externally are adhered too
- Database management.
- Diary management.
- General Admin & marketing Ad hoc duties
- Assisting with the role out of new products and initiatives.
- Office management (office supplies, meeting rooms, photocopier, stationery and ensuring the office is immaculately presented)
- Assist as needed with facilities management inquiries and general day-to-day running of the office.
- Assist with new starter on-boarding and induction.
- Be willing and able to travel between offices and if and when required

About you:

- You'll be a motivated, can-do team player.
- Have a Certificate of Registration/Assistant Agents Licence.
- Have a high attention to detail with the ability to contribute and work successfully in a team environment or autonomously
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have a 'can-do' attitude with a proactive, solution focussed approach
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
- Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
- Available to work 5 days per week Monday to Friday.

**Salary**: $47,528.18 - $70,885.60 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lindfield, NSW 2070: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
