With a highly experienced and talented multi-disciplinary team of over 800 in WA, we continue to grow to support our clients in their key projects.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We have an opportunity for an experienced Technical Writer & Document Controller to join our growing team based in our West Perth office on a part-time basis, three days per week. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to map out business requirements. You will play a key role in collating, drafting, and publishing Warrikal procedures and policies as well developing and maintaining templates for consistence use across the business. Your responsibilities will include:

- Partner with our internal stakeholders to map out business processes
- Develop templates and maintain consistency on document formatting and style guides
- Write, format, edit, and review procedural documents, to be utilised as clear information for all employees
- Ensure Document Control deliverables are managed in a timely and accurate manner
- Facilitate document control updates, meetings and user support & training as required
- Manage workflows for the distribution, review and commenting of documents
- Distribute documents to relevant parties using appropriate matrices and tracking procedures
- Input document data into standard registers and assist with auditing and reviewing documents

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in a similar capacity
- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in the mining and resources sector
- Experience with SharePoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise with different levels of management
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, and Visio
