Build strong relationships with our residents and enjoy helping them to live their best lives with well-maintained outdoor areas.

**About the role & Aveo Cleveland**:

- Full-Time position - Mon & Fri (9am to 5pm)
- Casual loading and weekend penalty rates may apply
- Maintaining the grounds, gardens and relevant infrastructure
- Attending to various minor handyman tasks as requested
- Vibrant retirement community with independent living villas/rooms and serviced apartments

**About you**:

- Level 2 Horticulture Certificate (desirable)
- Current Police Check certificate
- Hold or be willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening check
- Valid driver's licence (required)
- Previous industry and similar role experience (highly regarded)
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage multiple stakeholders and requests
