**YOUR NEW ROLE**: 12 Month Contract
Reporting to the Head of IT Delivery, The Solution Analyst is responsible for evaluating Fantastic's business needs and determining how IT can support those wants with software, hardware, or infrastructure. Including:

- Information security architecture

ABOUT YOU
- 3 years of experience as a solutions analyst
- Extensive knowledge of IT planning and operations, design, and deployment, as well as system life cycle management.
- Extensive experience in technical business analysis in a related industry
- Strong analytical, organisation and communication skills are essential.
- Proven functional, non-functional, and technical requirement gathering.
- Proven experience in leading all technical deliverables in projects.
- Ability to define solution dependencies, risks, integration both logical and physical views.
- Technical project management experience
- Ability to facilitate meetings, workshops with business users.
- Exceptional communication skills toward facilitating the use of new software systems.
