**ABOUT YOU**:
We’re on the hunt for a vibrant Bartender that brings initiative, drive and passion

You have been working in similar role/s for at least 12 months and have a decent understanding of the drink offerings that are usually available at a nightclub. You work well under pressure, using your initiative to create solutions for future problems (e.g. running out of limes) and getting it sorted early. You stay organised and your attention to detail is second-to-none.

You make a _mean_ cocktail Staple options like Long Island’s or Cosmo’s are child’s play to you You’re confident with layered shots like Cowboy, B-52 and Slippery Nipple and can make them with limited guidance or help. You use your immaculate customer service skills to build rapport with our guests and create a positive reputation for our venues

Your role will involve set-up and pack-down of the bar. You will also be asked to assist Floor Crew with general tasks from time to time, or the End of Night venue clean. You may also be asked to complete deep cleaning during quiet periods as part of your role.

**RATE OF PAY**:
The _Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020_ determines the rate of pay for this role as this role is classified as a _Food and Beverage Assistant _. The award considers those aged under 20yo a 'junior employee', meaning different pay rates for those aged under 20yo.

Pay: $21.08 - $30.10 per hour

Expected hours: 0.01 - 25 per week

Supplementary Pay:

**Experience**:

- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (required)

Willingness to travel:
