Our boutique agency offers services in aged and disability care to clients on the Central Coast, NSW
If you are a qualified Personal Care Worker and have community care experience, then we would like to talk to you

**Your new role will be responsible for**:

- Assisting clients with their activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, nutrition, and mobility
- Following client care plans and actively identifying client care needs
- Communicating and collaborating with the clients care team and significant others
- Following appropriate policies and procedures applicable to clients in their own home
- Performing light housekeeping tasks to facilitate client’s self-care at home

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Minimum Certificate III in either Aged Care, Disability Services, Community Service or related experience
- Current or willing to obtain Australian National Police check
- Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate
- Full Australian Driver’s licence and own reliable insured car

**Preferred Skills**:

- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- High level of time management and organisational ability
- Willingness to participate in further education opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal skills
