Manager Financial Crime Testing and Assurance

Right now, we are looking for an experiences Testing and Assurance Professional to join our Financial Crime Team as Manager Financial Crime Testing and Assurance.

**_ So, what does this opportunity look like?_**

You will manage and oversee SkyCity Adelaide's Financial Crime Testing and Assurance framework across Line 1 and Line 2 activities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring SkyCity Adelaide's AML/CTF related controls are designed and operating effectively and provide assurance that SkyCity Adelaide is meeting all its AML/CTF regulatory obligations.

Further, you will:

- Help define minimum Testing and Assurance standards
- Lead, guide and mentor a small team
- Execute the SkyCity Adelaide Testing and Assurance program of work, including performance periodic testing, as well as thematic and ad-hoc assurance reviews
- Report and provide insights into the performance of the SkyCity Adelaide Testing and Assurance function and make recommendations to improve SkyCity Adelaide's overall Financial Crime internal control environment
- Identify deficiencies and issues relating to the SCA Financial Crime controls framework and perform a root cause analysis where relevant; and
- Support the SkyCity Adelaide AML Enhancement program by validating Program deliverables

As the SME for the Financial Crime Testing and Assurance function, you will be able to confidently present relevant data, metrics and emerging trends to Senior Management, Committees and/or Boards.

**_ What will you look like?_**

You will be highly experienced in a similar role in a casino or financial institution or professional services firm focusing on Financial Crime testing and assurance and a solid knowledge of AML/CTF regulatory requirements. It is highly desirable you are experienced in leading a team, whilst demonstrating capability in managing the prioritisation, execution, tracking and reporting of key testing and assurance activities.
