**The Role**:
The position plays a key role in supporting the delivery of research outcomes. Such activities include the collection and administration of research output data and assisting research staff in the preparation of research reports. The incumbent will advise stakeholders on policies and assist with invoicing and procurement.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Checking compliance with funding rules
- Arrange meetings and take action item minutes
- Assist with grants, tenders and milestone invoices

**The person we need**:

- High level administration experience in a higher education setting
- Previous experience with grants and tenders
- Resourceful and thrive on organising and multitasking
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities with ease

A current Employee Working with Children's check is required for this position
