**About the role**:
As office and community admin, you will assist with running a vibrant, content, and collaborative office and member community by providing exceptional customer service, business support and engaging community events.
Located at the front of house area, you will be the face of Altitude, you welcome members and guest to the workplace and deliver outstanding first and last impressions - no request is too big or too small.

- 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Outgoing personality who loves to immerse themselves in a community environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to be empathetic and build rapport with our members
- Ability to be multitask and be organised
- Detail orientated and passionate about providing premium customer service
**Desirable Skills**:
- Previous experience in a flexible workspace, hospitality, or hotel environment
- Basic graphic design skills in Canva
**Main tasks**:
- Be the face of our office and ensure our members, their guests and employees receive a professional experience
- Assisting with the morning setup and afternoon closedown of the space
- Ensure the various office spaces including common aeras, kitchens and meeting rooms are kept in a pristine condition
- Be the first line office support, including but not limited to Wi-Fi access, printing, or meeting room bookings
- Assist with the planning and running of community events
- Promote community news and events via a variety of communication tools
- Assist with members administration including capturing new members details, member portal activation, welcome communications, and the creation and management of access passes
- Ordering any stock and consumables ensuring that it is in line with budget
