At McLean Care’s **CWA House Residential Aged Care facility in Oakey**, we’re more than just an aged care provider - we’re a community. We’re seeking compassionate Care Service Employees (CSEs) who genuinely enjoy supporting others and building meaningful connections with residents.

The Role
As a CSE at **CWA House**, you’ll support residents with day-to-day living in a way that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing. Your work may include:

- Assisting with personal care (hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Supporting residents during mealtimes
- Observing and reporting health or behaviour changes
- Helping with safe mobility and transfers
- Encouraging independence in a respectful environment
- Maintaining accurate care documentation

About You
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
- Previous experience in residential aged care
- Strong communication skills and a caring, patient approach
- Physically capable of meeting role requirements
- Basic computer/tablet skills
