**The Role**:
As a Payroll Coordinator your duties will include but will not be limited to:

- Supporting the Senior Payroll Coordinator
- Preparing and sending monthly payroll instructions to third parties
- Assist in running monthly APAC payroll in a timely and accurate manner and ensuring high standards are maintained
- Reviewing and checking payroll reports
- Maintain and update existing records in payroll system.
- Administering payroll processes and run out of cycle payments when needed, e.g for Resignations and back payments etc.
- Assist with the administration of novated leases for vehicles.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual statutory obligations (Payroll tax, PAYG, Superannuation, workers compensations)

**About You**:

- Prior experience in administration processing or payroll
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel abilities
- A genuine interest in payroll
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work as a team and autonomously
- Strong attention to detail
