Casual Sales & Service Consultant
- Full time, paid training starting 19th June - 14th July

Our Sales and Service contact centre support over 1 million RAC members providing exceptional member experiences every day. At the heart of it all, helping members through breakdowns, consulting on the best products to meet their needs and helping them get the most out of their membership with RAC.
- So, how would you like a job where you talk to your fellow Western Australian’s all day?_

We currently have opportunities in our Joondalup and West Perth contact centres to join our teams on a casual basis. Training will run full time from 19th June and successful applicants will need to be available for the duration of the course.

This role would suit students who are available to work full time in the holiday periods including Christmas.

As a Sales and Service consultant you will need to have good computer skills, excellent communication skills and some experience in Customer service or Sales will give you the edge. If you’re a team player and passionate about helping people, we will teach you the rest

What else do you need to know?
- Our contact centre runs 24/7 so we currently have shifts allocated between 6.30 - 10.30 Monday to Sunday and ideally, we are looking for people that are fully flexible for 5 hour - 7.5 hour shifts, minimum 3 shifts a week.
- All successful applicants will need to undergo a police check and reference checks prior to starting.
- All RAC employees are required to be fully vaccinates against COVID -19 and confirmation of your vaccination and / medical exemption details will be required prior to starting
