Senior Stylist

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Permanent hourly rate starting from $36 per hour for an experienced stylist.
• We offer a generous profit share scheme which can see stylists earning upward of an additional $300-$500 per week This is uncapped, and with an existing client list there is amazing earning potential for you from day one.
• Full time hours over 4 days, meaning 3 days off every week to enjoy that beautiful Sydney sun. (We can provide flexibility with these days & times for the right person)
• Sponsorship opportunities are available for the right candidates (currently in Australia) after a probationary period.

WHO ARE WE?

We're a blonde specialist salon located in Kingsford NSW. We offer all hair services including weft hair extensions (we can provide on the job training if you're interested in learning). We're a super friendly, chilled and supportive group of 4 talented and passionate Hairdressers. We pride ourselves on being a completely drama free salon. We're all about good vibes, supporting each other and creating beautiful hair in a modern, boutique and light filled salon.

WHO ARE WE SEEKING?

We're looking for someone great with colour work, especially blondes. Someone with amazing communication skills as we are big on consultations. You'll need to be able to cut and style, too. You will need a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Qualified Hairdresser to be eligible to apply.

Pay Rate:

• Permanent hourly rate starting from $36 per hour for a confident & experienced hairdresser with a minimum 3 year's qualified experience.
• Plus, we offer a generous profit share scheme which sees our stylists earning upward of an additional $300-$500 per week This is uncapped, and with an existing client list there is amazing earning potential for you from day one.

**If preferred, we can also offer a Freelancer contract with a profit share percentage split (we can discuss this at time of interview to see which option works best for you).

Location: Kingsford NSW (plenty of free all-day street parking + lots of public transport).
