**About the role**

As a Valuation Oversight Specialist, you will be responsible for providing analysis, advice, and direction in relation to the valuation of assets and market observations. You will work closely with our Investment team, independent valuers, and External Investment Managers to ensure a robust end-to-end valuation process across Infrastructure, Real Estate, Private Equity, and Private Debt assets.

**Key accountabilities will include**:

- Review of independent valuations across various unlisted assets.
- Management of valuation risk by ensuring robust documentation practices.
- Engagement with internal and external stakeholders such as Investment teams, external investment managers, and independent valuers.
- Monitoring of ongoing performance of unlisted assets and flagging out-of-cycle valuations.
- Contribution to the development of common valuation procedures, unlisted asset frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
- Participation in risk assessments, audits, Board and Committee paper submissions.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:

- Tertiary qualifications in finance, commerce or economics; Completed or working towards CA/CPA.
- Extensive experience utilising various valuation techniques and methodologies.
- Excel-based financial analysis expertise.
- Excellent communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of investment structures, particularly unlisted assets.
