**TASKS YOU'LL BE PERFORMING**:

- Management of a basic sales pipeline CRM:

- Identify, Prospect, Develop & Maintain client relationships;
- Meet & Exceed sales goals & Targets and Sales KPI’s
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with all clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:
To qualify for this job with our company, you must possess the following skills:

- Have worked within the hospitality sales industry (not necessary however knowledge of the local market and industry trends will be seen as an advantage);
- Previous hospitality experience either front of house in a management role or kitchen experience with a vast background in different types of venues;
- Ability to work autonomously with a free-thinking approach to sales and the ability to problem solve for the client;
- Be able to approach new clients with no prior introduction;
- Look for industries or venues outside of the normal realm of our day to day customers to broaden our reach in both the hospitality industry plus other verticals;
- To convert leads and singular purchases into future ongoing sales and growth with the client
- Team Oriented: Be able to work in a collaborative environment with other sales staff and share prior experience and knowledge to aid in growing sales as a team. As part of the sales team, your positive working relationship with your team mates is essential;
- Ability to keep to deadlines and provide thorough and consistent service under pressure;
- Strong Organisational & Time management skills;
- Great Communication Skills: You will be representing our company and sales team during your conversations with target businesses. A love for conversing with people as well as ease when talking on the phone is vital.
- Great People Skills and Positive Mindset: In addition to a genuine enthusiasm for talking to people, persuasiveness and the ability to alleviate potential clients’ concerns will make interactions exciting and a positive outcome for all involved;
- Self-Starter: Because you will sometimes be working from off-site/ out of the office, it is essential that you be adept at time management and efficient handling of your own schedule.

**Salary**: $61,702.27 - $105,000.00 per year
