Your role will entail visiting homeowners and helping them to upgrade the interiors of their homes with high quality blinds, curtains and shutters.

**COMPENSATION**:
This role comes with excellent opportunities to grow within our company as a result of your performance. This role offers earning potential of $70 - 120K+

If you’re average you will earn 70K

If you’re a superstar you will earn 120K+

**TASKS YOU'LL BE PERFORMING**:
**Management of a basic sales pipeline CRM: Each day you will update and manage CRM notes and call sheets.

**Visiting: 3 - 4 prospects each day in their homes will be expected. Understanding their unique needs and wants, and learning how to best match the product they need and uncovering any possible issues.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:
To qualify for this job with our company, you must possess the following skills:
**Great Communication Skills: You will be representing our company and sales team during your conversations with clients. A love for conversing with people as well as ease when talking on the phone is vital.

**Great People Skills and Positive Mindset: In addition to a genuine enthusiasm for talking to people, persuasiveness and the ability to alleviate potential clients’ concerns will make interactions exciting and a positive outcome for all involved.

**Coachable: You will learn and master your role by working with both our company’s co-founder and our in house sales coach. An open mind and desire to improve will propel your performance forward.

**Team Oriented: Our team thrives on close collaboration and good-natured competition. As part of the sales team, your positive working relationship with your team mates is essential - more sales converted equals more income for you

**Self-Starter: Because you will sometimes be working from home, it is essential that you be adept at time management and efficient handling of your own schedule.

**Consultative telephone/in person sales experience is a must.. Full training will be provided and this position has an immediate start. If you do not have experience on your resume you will not be considered for the job.
