About the role

The Business Support Administrator will provide timely and professional information, support and resources for the Perth office, internal departments and Perth Energy customers to facilitate effective day to day business operations, improve operational efficiency and support customer satisfaction, acquisition and retention. Including (but not limited to):
- Energy Service Agreement (ESA) and billing system (Gentrack) administration- Purchasing, procurement & invoice support- Customer support and issue resolution- Office and facilities administration- Internal business support; and- Relieving Manager Business Support, where required

About you:
- Strong procedural skills and background, with understanding of office processes and administration.- Good numeracy skills to enable accurate validation calculations.- IT proficiency, including sound knowledge and experience across the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook).- Competency in Gentrack, SAP or similar billing and accounting systems desirable.- Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills with an approachable, positive, friendly and courteous ‘can do’ attitude.- Able to build and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including ability to present ideas in a logical structured way and have difficult conversations with customers (e.g. charge and account issues).- High work standards with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.- Excellent time management, prioritising and planning skills.- Experience with energy provider or similar role desirable.
