**The Role**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team in Hallam as a Warehouse Stock Operative and will be supporting our Assets Team daily. As part of your daily duties, you will be required to ;
- Control and record stock movements via an ERP software system (SNOW/NetSuite)
- Receive and reconcile deliveries with purchase orders, transfers, etc..
- Place stock in designated areas for ongoing projects and maintenance contractors
- Monthly mini stock take to reconciliation stock (95% accuracy)
- Arrange parts for repairs and returns with manufacturers and suppliers.
- Control dispatch, packing slip, boxing, labels, and courier management.
- Assist with preparing orders for delivery according to schedule which requires load, unload, pick, pack, wrap, label, shipping.
- Assist with stock movements around the warehouse.
- Test incoming digital hardware and action as required.

**You may be also required to**:

- Repair, set up, and configure computer hardware, modems, screens, cabinets, etc
- Hardware and electronics assembly, testing, and basic repairs

The Experience:

- Basic knowledge of Computer systems including Office 365, website navigation, and logistics systems (Post, Mainfreight, etc.)
- Knowledge of both Electronic and Mechanical Parts
- Previous experience in fragile and electronics equipment packaging is desirable.
- Forklift Licence (Will be offered as a part of training)
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of productivity and ability to deliver tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Work under pressure and the ability to adjust to tasks spontaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with team members and other business units.
- Desire to learn and grow within a dynamic team environment.
- Ability to work and deliver within tight deadlines.
