**To be successful in the role, you will be required the following**:

- Extensive experience in working with Challenging behaviours.
- Ability to provide personal and domestic care to the clients who live with disability.
- A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people.
- Good communication skills by Cantonese.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- High level of time management and organizational ability.
- Willingness to participate in further education opportunities.
- Minimum 3-4 weekdays of availability on a weekly basis
- Previous experience working as support worker or similar (preferred).

**Essential Requirements**
- Knowledge of mental illness, preferably experience working with people with complex mental illness.
- Looking for young & energetic female support workers.
- Good communication skills in Cantonese and English.
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support or Certificate IV Mental Health will be an advantage.
- Satisfactory Australian National Police check and Working with Children Check or willing to obtain these documents.
- Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Current unrestricted Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.

**Base pay**

From $30.61 per hour

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: Up to $38.08 per hour
