**URGENT HIRING - Experienced Support Worker - Gladesville, NSW**

**Location**: Gladesville, NSW
**About the Role**:
Myndie Care is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Worker to join our growing team in Gladesville, NSW. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing quality care and is confident in working with participants with psychosocial disabilities, particularly Schizophrenia.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum age: 30+ (preferred for experience and maturity)
- Prior experience supporting individuals with Schizophrenia or complex mental health conditions
- Current Australian Driver’s License and own reliable vehicle
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Relevant certifications in Disability, Mental Health, or Community Services (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, calm, and patient nature

**Work Details**:

- Casual shifts available
- Weekday morning and afternoon availability required (Monday to Friday)
- Ongoing support and guidance provided by our experienced team

- **TFN**: $40 - $42 per hour
- **ABN**: $42 - $45 per hour
