**Assessment Scheduling and Administration Assistant**
**About us**:
We are an established builder with a dedicated focus on insurance repairs as well as new homes and renovations.
We are panel builders for prominent insurance companies in South East Queensland covering from Gympie to Toowoomba and down to the NSW border.
We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver fast service, high-quality repairs, and place an emphasis on customer & client service.
**The Role**:
The role on offer is immediate start for a Scheduling and Administration Assistant to coordinate Insurance Assessments and Emergency works around South East Queensland.
The job hours are 40 Hrs/week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm based full time out of our office in Helensvale on the Gold Coast.
Responsible for your own section of the claim process, this role will utilise your skills and expertise in the following areas:
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Arrange site assessments for new jobs
- Arrange emergency works for urgent issues at customers’ properties. (Including an after hours roster on rotation)
- Prepare and send work orders for contractors.
- Coordinate & manage contractor compliance records.
- Assist to coordinate all aspects of jobs from initial attendance to repair completion including always keeping our clients online systems up to date.
- Discuss works with the customers, understanding the works we have scoped.
- Making regular contact with our customers and respond to customer queries or concerns with the assistance of the repair coordination team.
- General office tasks as required.
**Skills and experience**:
Previous experience in a similar role with a high level of customer contact, planning & scheduling is required.
An independent, positive, proactive and hardworking attitude is a requirement with a willingness to learn within our fast-paced team.
