We are looking for a talented and motivated Store Manager at Gloria Jeans Coffees on the Gold Coast. We have exciting opportunities for individuals who put customers at the forefront of everything they do.

**Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Engaging with customers
- Managing and handling food and coffee preparation
- Store opening and closing duties
- Inventory management and stock control
- Assisting in recruiting, training, and rostering
- Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the store
- Supporting and developing the team to ensure they are providing best in class customer service within an enjoyable working environment
- Working with Management team to improve procedures
- Consistently maintaining brand standards

**Individual Attributes**:

- 3-5 years proven experience in a similar role (Management Experience)
- Previous experience with Profit and Loss statements
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to achieve exceptional sales results
- Strong work ethic and a passion for training, developing and motivating team members
- High attention to detail
- Problem & conflict resolution skills
- A reliable and 'can-do' attitude
- Available to work on weekdays and weekends - 38 hours Total.
