**The Opportunity**

Work with and lead the line structure which includes the maintenance lead and process lead to provide leadership, guidance and own the implementation of integrated work systems, as a proprietary way of improving manufacturing reliability, reducing costs and elevating productivity at The Arnott’s Group. This position is accountable for the 24-hour results for the manufacturing line that deliver volume for the biscuit network.

**The Accountabilities**
- Build the capability of the organization to foster healthy employee relations through coaching and leadership
- Drive systemic performance improvement while optimising process capability
- To own and lead the daily direction settings (DDS)
- Lead the run to target process of your unit/line and influence the team’s culture to drive engagement across the team, while also leading leaders.
- Training and be qualified to teach others in DMS’s and deliver deployed targets (PQSC)

**The Ingredients for Success**

Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role;
- Bachelor’s degree in either Business or Engineering is desirable
- 5 years’ experience within the FMCG industry
- Build internal relationships across the plant to deliver results
- Demonstrated leadership experience in Projects & Initiatives with a proven track record of your ability to drive safety, quality, downtime and efficiency
- Promote and actively participate in the continuous improvement and evolution of site safety culture
- Challenge and improve current systems, processes and practices to reduce all losses and document in the 90-day plan
