Floor Prep Specialist

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Efficiently install cement-based self-leveling compounds on a variety of flooring surfaces.
- Contribute to the successful completion of flooring projects within agreed-upon timeframes and budgets.
- Maintain clear and open communication with clients and staff.
- Deliver high-quality finishes for all flooring installations and coatings.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols throughout each project.
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of company machinery, vehicles, uniforms, and work sites.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in self-leveling systems and coatings.
- Strong knowledge of surface preparation techniques, including pinning and setting levels for flush transitions/finishes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, with an added responsibility to manage and train staff as needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dedication to safety and adherence to company policies and guidelines.
- Gold Coast based but work in Brisbane areas is also required
- Salary based role between 90k -130k depending on your experience with a possible company vehicle included
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplementary Pay:
- Performance bonus
