We’re looking for a Payroll Officer to join our fast-paced, supportive team, where no two days are the same From processing end-to-end payroll across multiple brands and pay cycles to solving queries and supporting key stakeholders - this is your chance to shine in a critical role that keeps the business moving.
What You'll Be Doing
- Running end-to-end payroll for monthly and fortnightly cycles (AU & NZ)
- Ensuring data accuracy and compliance across all payroll functions
- Handling queries, discrepancies, and payroll issues with a customer-first approach
- Supporting back pay, terminations, and leave calculations
- Maintaining meticulous payroll records and reports
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and external providers

What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a high-volume payroll environment (retail preferred)
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation (Awards, Super, Tax, Leave, etc.)
- Familiarity with Chris21/iChris and Dayforce Ceridian highly regarded
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence with the Microsoft Office suite
- A calm, can-do attitude with top-tier organisational skills
- High ethical standards and absolute discretion with sensitive data
- A genuine team player with great communication skills
