Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Processing Specialist to deliver high-quality payroll services. The successful candidate will process allocated client payrolls with accuracy and timeliness, provide timely responses to pay-related queries, and resolve client issues or escalate matters as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process allocated client payrolls ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Provide accurate and timely response for pay related queries via phone calls, ticket management and chat
  • Resolve client issues and/or escalate matters as required in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to delivering service excellence
  • Demonstrated effective communication to clients and associates (written and verbal)
  • Sound experience with MS Office skills – Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to manage time effectively with the ability to prioritise client needs
