**Role Summary**:
As a sales and relationship management representative, you will be responsible for proactively selling and promoting Osttra’s services to financial markets participants in Australia and New Zealand, including Banks (International and Regional), Brokers, Institutional Asset Managers, Hedge Fund and Execution Venues. You will support the development and execution of plans to grow territory against revenue targets and d evelop relationships and partnerships to assist brand visibility and business growth in the territory.
Key Accountabilities:
- Prospecting and networking activities to drive new business pipeline from new and existing clients
- Development and execution of sales plan against an assigned quota
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify new opportunities
- Assist with sales campaigns and client event management
- Represent our company and solutions to prospects, customers, and partners to assist brand visibility and business growth in the territory
Person Specification:
- Understanding of the financial services sector essential
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressured environment including accountability to key internal & external stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Advanced Excel or Google Sheets key) skills and experience/knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platform
Knowledge and experience:
- Minimum of 5 years sales or business development experience.
- Strong industry knowledge and contacts, and a proven track record of success in growing a cash and/or derivatives business are required. Strong domain knowledge broad experience in financial markets, a proven track record selling financial
