Joining a very talented team, you will be responsible for developing and executing very targeted and personalised customer experiences and increasing the success and performance of the loyalty program and engagement strategy.
- Delivering omni-channel campaigns, you will be the driver in optimising the omni-channel experience, enhancing customer engagement and helping to grow the program beyond the rest of the market.**Essential Skills & Responsibilities**:

- A genuine passion for customer engagement and working to enhance the online digital and in-store journey
- Demonstrated experience with managing Customer Data platforms, with exposure to multiple CRM systems
- Knowledge of PowerBI would be very advantageous
- Strong segmentation experience & the ability to analyse data
- An analytical mindset and the ability and skill to analyse, utilise and gather trends and insights from data
- Experience and exposure with A/B Testing will be highly regarded
- Have the ability to continuously report & present back to Senior Leadership
- A strong commercial acumen and able to make suggests for improvements & changes
- Work within a highly collaborative and agile team
