**We're Hiring: Venue Supervisor - Tipsy Cow**

Tipsy Cow is expanding, and we’re on the hunt for a motivated and experienced **Venue Supervisor** to join our energetic team

We’re all about good vibes, great food, and even better service — and we’re looking for someone who can lead from the front in a **fast-paced, high-volume** venue.

**What we’re looking for**:

- **Minimum 2 years’ experience** in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- **Current RSA Certification**:

- **Approved Manager’s Card** (or ability to obtain)
- Confident leader with strong communication skills
- Hands-on and proactive approach to service
- Ability to manage staff, customer experience, and daily operations

**What you'll do**:

- Lead and supervise shifts across bar and floor operations
- Support and train team members
- Maintain high service standards and venue compliance
- Handle customer queries and problem-solve on the go

Pay: $33.13 - $51.29 per hour
