**The Role & Responsibilities**:
Nude Lucy has arrived in WA and is coming to SA
Based in Perth, we are looking for an experienced multi-site manager to oversee our WA/SA based stores and lead our retail teams in bringing an established brand and business into a new region.
Work closely with your National Manager by supporting your team to drive sales and KPIs in your region and work to develop future leaders.

**Responsibilities include**:
- Lead by example to set management expectations across your Teams
- Manage in-store Employee Relations such as grievances and performance management
- Train, mentor and coach Team Members to work towards goals and succession planning
- Problem solving and ability to provide solutions
- Produce and analyse required financial reports - i.e. Payroll reports
- Roster Management and payroll approval
- Manage Teams (Shop Floor & Back of House) to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient and effective manner
- Proactive approach in loss prevention management i.e. stock shrinkage
- Work with the Visual Merchandising Team to ensure that all creative visions are applied within the store
- Demonstrate a duty of care to Team Members, internal & external stakeholders by ensuring that the work environment is safe, healthy and fit for work
- Ensure that all tasks are completed by Team Members are in a safe manner in accordance to Safe Work Practices and expectations are communicated to all Team Member
**To be successful you will have the following**:
- Experience in multi-site retail management
- A passion for leading & inspiring a team to succeed
- The ability to think strategically to identify missed opportunities and have a proven track record in driving sales and KPI’s
- A sound operational & strategical skill set and experience with stock control and visual merchandising
- Experience with effectively managing a roster & wage control
- Ability to build strong professional relationships with Support Office departments
