Based from your own home office, travelling to meet Members and Suppliers is key to this role and as such regular travel to rural areas away from home will be necessary based on the sales territory, The Area Manager will be responsible for Armadale/Kelmscott as the metro locations.
Key Responsibilities Include In line with the Regional Business Plans, provide strategies to increase membership growth and profitable membership sales.
Execute tactics in line with strategy and deliver on business plans to increase membership growth.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of local market trends and economic conditions.
Develop a strong network of key contacts and associates.
Actively interact with Suppliers to build relationships that provide opportunities to grow sales.
We're looking for candidates with the following skills and experience Proven sales and/or relationship management experience with strong business and commercial acumen Highly driven and self-motivated Ability to work autonomously Relationship building and/or territory management.
A passion for the Automotive Industry and experience in this field Able to demonstrate sound verbal and written communication skills and the ability to converse at all levels within the organisation Ability to demonstrate a high level of interpersonal and customer relation skills Intermediate skill in the use of Microsoft Office Software Suite Who are we?Capricorn is a member-based financial services organisation which exists to improve the lives of over 25,000 Members across Australia and New Zealand by supporting them in building stronger automotive businesses.
