**THE ROLE**

Are you:

- An experienced reporting and insights analyst with a passion for delivering effective, accurate and informative dashboards and reports?
- Effective at being agile to respond to emerging requirements and collaborating with others to explore and build outcomes that meet the brief and are sustainable to maintain?
- Proficient at independently developing dashboards and reports in the Microsoft suite of tools, including Power BI, SharePoint and Excel

The Reporting and Insights Analyst role within the Enterprise Portfolio Governance team of Homes Victoria drives insight-driven outcomes support of the organisation effectively delivering on its Big Housing Build and other commitments. Given the importance of the strategic programs being delivered, effective reports and insights play a critical role in demonstrating the value of Homes Victoria programs and supports the transparent reporting to the department, the Victorian government and other stakeholders.

The role will work with the broader Enterprise Portfolio Governance team to deliver and embed fit for purpose reporting (including dashboards and detailed reporting) to accurately present insights regarding program, project, risk and performance management.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
- Assist in the review and development of approaches to reporting and dashboarding including benchmarking, performance measures, report development and report analysis focussing on all elements of program/project management
- Support the work in extracting data to provide accurate reports to meet internal and external reporting requirements including appropriate analysis of the information provided.
- Support the provision of advice and input on data collections, definitions and business rules to meet the department's internal and external reporting and analytical requirements.
