We're hiring Autobody Prestige Smash Repairs, a well-established and highly regarded accident repair workshop in North-West Melbourne, is looking for experienced Automotive Assemblers to join our growing team.

The Role: Assembler/s

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for:

  • Stripping damaged vehicles pre-repair
  • Reporting damaged parts
  • Reassembling vehicles post-repair to manufacturer specifications
  • Checking lights, sensors, locks and double check all gaps
  • Working on all makes and models, both common and prestige
  • Assisting other team members to ensure efficient workflow
  • Keeping your workspace organised and safe
About you:

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role (Automotive ONLY)
  • Are confident working independently and as part of a team
  • Have strong attention to detail and take pride in their work
  • Are reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
  • Hold valid Australian working rights
