**Position: Receptionist & Office Admin Support**

**Location: Melbourne**

**About PFEC Global**:
PFEC Global is an award-winning education and migration consultancy, helping students and migrants since 2006. We’re now expanding and looking for a confident and friendly team member to support our Melbourne office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and guide clients to the right team member
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Enter customer and prospect data into our system
- Support Counsellors and Migration Agents with scheduling
- Keep the office clean, safe, and well-organized
- Track office supplies and place orders when needed
- Help with reports, documents, and presentations
- Assist with day-to-day office tasks and project support

**Requirements**:

- At least 6 months’ experience in reception or customer service
- Full-time work rights in Australia
- Strong communication skills (in person and by phone)
- Comfortable with MS Office and Google Workspace
- Professional, organized, and reliable
- Knowledge of Australia’s education and visa systems (a plus)

**Job Type**:Fully on-site

**Job Location**: PFEC Global’s Melbourne Office (Level 11, 50 Queen Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000)

**Application Instructions**:
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
