**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in English.
- Previous experience working in mental health support or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and situations.
- A relevant qualification in mental health or social services is preferred.

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 24 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid& CPR Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
