As the Insights Manager, you will lead the Business Partnering function, delivering insights and data to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making and enhance customer experiences. Your responsibilities include ensuring the delivery of efficient and accurate business insights aligned with D&A and Business unit objectives. Moreover, you will play a pivotal role in empowering business users to interpret insights from raw data, driving actions and outcomes to fulfil organizational strategic goals.

Collaborating closely with Senior Insights Analysts (Business Partners), Insights analysts, Insights Enablement, and Internal Stakeholders, this role is instrumental in maintaining a strong customer focus across all data-informed decisions and analyses.

With our HQ in Brisbane, we also have offices in Darwin, Sydney, Auckland, and Wellington. **Your day-to-day...**
- Develop and deliver data visualization and storytelling techniques to effectively communicate insights and drive decision-making.
- Lead the Insights Business Partnering team to translate data into actionable insights and compelling data stories.
- Continuously refine and improve the Insights function based on data and feedback.
- Identify and prioritize key areas for insights investment based on business impact and feasibility.
- Develop, implement and adapt the Insights Business Partnering strategy alongside the Head of Enterprise Insights, constantly aligning with and inputting to the department and business’ strategic direction/goals.
- Foster a data-driven culture by promoting data literacy and upskilling initiatives across the business.

**What you’ll bring...**
- Strong experience in extracting relevant business information from data and working directly with business stakeholders to communicate actionable insights.
- Solid analytical skills including a talent for interpreting business requirements and translating them into business insights.
- Proven experience using the Microsoft Business Intelligence stack - SQL Server, SSRS with solid T-SQL query skills.
- Strong understanding of relational and dimensional data structures.
- Strong knowledge of BI architecture and principles.
- Exceptional leadership skills coupled with a desire for promoting self-development and providing opportunities for continuous learning.
