Purely online, the focus will be initially on Performance Marketing, but will draw on all of your marketing skills.

This role is suited to someone who has a background in digital acquisition marketing specifically for en eCommerce BtoC environment.

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our marketing strategies, building brand awareness, and driving customer acquisition and retention.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all touchpoints
- Build, manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals
- Analyze data and insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage
- Create and manage budgets to maximize ROI
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and influencers
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the business

**Requirements**:

- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in ecommerce or related fields
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and technology
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
