**About the OPPORTUNITY**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Electrical Production Coordinator to join our Maritime function based at Osborne, SA.

You will be responsible** to**coordinate and drive electrical production to support ship component manufacturing and installation. Work with the Superintendent and Supervisors to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality delivery that meets SQCDP and customer standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Support the Superintendent and Supervisors to deliver daily electrical production outputs
- Plan and prepare work tasks, ensuring prerequisites like isolations and scaffolding are completed
- Prioritise tasks, update the Ship’s Plan of the Day (SPOD), and manage material availability to maintain workflow
- Resolve production issues, manage non-conformances, and escalate where necessary
- Track actions, coordinate activities, document meetings, and report on trade performance and metrics
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support development of trade training packages

**About YOU**
- Cert III qualification or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on production experience; able to read engineering drawings, wiring lists, and manuals
- Strong communication skills across all levels
- Self-motivated with proven ability to deliver safely, on time, and to quality/cost standards (SQCDP)
- Proficient in Excel (formulas, data analysis); skilled in PowerPoint and other office tools
