**Qualifications and Experience**

**Mandatory**
- Tertiary qualification relevant to Statutory Planning and/or Traffic Engineering, and/or extensive relevant experience.

**Desirable**
- Experience relevant to the accountabilities and capabilities of the role.
- Experience in growth area planning.
