A fantastic opportunity exists for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced individual to join the Division of Chronic and Complex Care as the Health informatics and Data Lead. This role facilitates the information and knowledge needed to support effective decision making on a clinical and strategic level for Western Health’s Chronic & Complex Care Division. The role includes taking a lead in the development of our ICT strategy, ensuring quality information and data analysis to support service development and performance, along with supporting evaluation.

**To be Successful in this Role you will have**
- Demonstrated experience in data management
- Commitment to promoting data integrity and systems
- Highly developed communication skills across a range of disciplines
- Demonstrated experience in the production of data that informs clinical and business decision making
- Experience of evaluation work in Health related organisations
- Highly developed IT skills including extensive experience of Health information systems
